I am an experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer with a degree in Anatomy & Cell Biology and have been training people in Health Clubs, in their homes and outdoors in the Bristol area for the last 2 years, since relocating from London. Having been a County and National level gymnast, I grew up with sport and fitness being an important part of my life. Through gymnastics and my other sports, horse riding and skiing, I have been able to develop my training skills, increase my knowledge and gain valuable and varied experience. I have worked in the UK, USA and Canada as a gymnastics coach, children’s horse riding instructor and ski instructor before focusing and developing my career here as a Personal Trainer.
As your Personal Trainer I will ensure you get the most out of your training by designing varied, interesting and motivational programmes that are tailored to your specific needs and give the results you want. I will incorporate my advanced knowledge of human anatomy & physiology, the latest fitness techniques and nutritional support to help you set attainable and realistic goals, inspire you to aim higher and ensure you reach your full potential.

As well as Personal Training in Bristol and the surrounding area, I am available to cover Boxercise, Spinning and Suspension Systems classes in gyms and Health clubs and I also run Outdoor Group Fitness Classes.
