• Do you feel confused when it comes to good nutrition?
  • Is counting calories as important as we’re lead to believe?
  • What makes up a healthy diet?
  • What should you eat to support your training and when?

Eating a well-balanced, nutritious diet can be somewhat confusing with all the advertising of “healthy” products and ever changing dos and don’ts in the news.

I’m here to help you make good nutrition a lifestyle change and not just put you on a diet for a few weeks to lose weight.  Good nutrition and exercise go hand in hand, you WILL see the results you want when these two are working in harmony together.

You can’t burn off a bad diet so we'll review your food intake on a regular basis to make sure that your body is getting everything it needs to perform to its best and make your goals attainable and sustainable.  You will complete a weekly food diary on a regular basis, which will allow me to pinpoint areas for improvement.  All I ask is that you complete it honestly as my advice can only be as good as the information you provide!

I take a common sense approach to nutrition making sure that you become aware of the foods that will give you more energy and help to reduce the chances of illness and disease and fuel you correctly for your goals.
