Consultation & goal setting

I will take the time to get to know you and fully understand what you want from our training, we will set realistic goals and plan how and when you will achieve these.

Health appraisal

This will include starting photos and measurements (weight, height, BMI, body fat percentage, circumference measurements etc.) as well as cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility testing and posture assessment. 

At Home or Outdoors

Some people can be put off going to a gym or maybe their work life or home life makes trips to the gym just not feasible. Whatever the reason I can provide personal training sessions in your own home or outdoors in parks or gardens and we can work at times that are convenient to you.

Training equipment

I will bring all the training equipment with me and will design and guide you through your personalised, progressive training plan specific to your goals.  Training will incorporate core work, pad work, interval and resistance training as well as strength and conditioning exercises.  I will teach you proper technique for all exercises to reduce risk of injury and enable you to train independently with confidence.

Schedule

Together we will work out a training schedule that suits your needs and your budget.  I will provide training plans for you to do in your own time and I will be available via phone or email for any additional support or motivation you may need.   All Clients receive a monthly e- newsletter which has many hints and tips on the latest exercise techniques and nutritional advice.

Re-assessments

Measurements will be re-assessed at set intervals depending on your goals and finish photos will be provided at the end of our training.

Progress Review

Your training progress and goals will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure you stay on track and fulfil your goals.  I will perform regular health re-assessments and fitness tests to help you know if you are on track to your goals and identify and areas that need more work.  Not only will you feel and look healthy you'll have the statistics to prove it!
